AQUALERT SYSTEM
AQUALERT is a Water Quality Monitoring System, specifically designed for the Measurement, Data Recording and Alarm Transmission in real time, which allows the continuous surveillance of all physico-chemical paramenters, as: Conductivity, Temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, REDOX Potential, Turbidity, etc. etc. in surface or underground waters, as well as the measurement of water level in dams, rivers, canals, wells and aquifers.
AQUALERT System consists on one or more Remote Hydrological Stations Model HYDRODATA-2000/3000 including all the suitable sensors necessary for the measurement of the required parameters in each particular application. Recorded Data are automatically transmitted to a Central Receiving Station, via GSM/GPRS cellular networks, by point to point radio link, via satellite or via INTERNET ( WEB Posting ) , in such a way to make all data available universally to all authorized users.
In the case any of the measured parameters exceed the previously programmed thresholds , the HYDRODATA Unit will generate automatically SMS alert messages or will send emails, advising about the alert status of one or more parameters.
Diagram Nº 070774-2 shows a typical Hydro-Met Remote Station which could partain to the AQUALERT System. Data are transmited normally via GPRS-IP
( INTERNET ) to a Central Station or to the WEBTRANS Platform offered by GEONICA to their customers for data availability in Internet.
