TELETRANS-W3K is a communications tool for requesting and downloading data from the METEODATA HYDRODATA 3000 series stations to the computer, and the editing and management of these stations.

DATAGRAPH-W3K is an application for the consultation, management and representation of the data that the stations have previously been collected using the TELETRANS-W3K software.

The system's configuration (stations, channels, periodic calculations, etc.) are stored in a Microsoft Access or SQL Server database which will also be used to store the data extracted from the stations by the use of TELETRANS-W3K.

TELETRANS-W3K

TELETRANS-W3K integrates all the data request commands made to the stations (real time data or data saved in the memory) It allows us to change and/or modify the configuration of the stations, enables us to perform tasks such as date and time synchronisation with the computer and adds new measuring channels specifying the different sampling and storage periods, as well as the statistical calculations to be stored.

The application also enables us to program the automatic execution of commands, specifying the start time, time interval between successive executions and number of retries in the event of an error in the communications. This tool has one windows for each station, making it easy to control all the system's stations, and another windows (events windows) which shows a register of all the events between the program and the station.

TELETRANS-W3K allows us to add new existing stations to our database via the chosen communications system in a simple and intuitive way using a wizard that guides the user through the whole process

DATAGRAPH-W3K

DATAGRAPH-W3K offers multiple possibilities for data management. The enquiries can be made via easy to interpret tables and graphs which provide an intuitive analysis of the stored registers. This method of viewing the data includes the use of zooms, and the representation of various stacked or overlapped parameters, along with an advanced menu which enables the definition of multiple options for the graph representation. Both types of representation can be printed on paper.

An important attribute of this system is the ability to define groups of parameters and functions to make the representations of typical data easier for the user.

Another possibility for data enquiry is the comparison between parameters common to various stations, either at a specific moment in time or for the temporary evolution of the variable. The comparison can also be observed via a table or graph.

DATAGRAPH-W3K also offers extensive information of the station and the configuration of its parameters and functions, as well as enabling an image to be associated to it in order to visually identify the station.
